Privacy policy.

This policy explains what UPLIXA LLC (“UPLIXA”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website and through the UPLIXA PLUS application, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do. If anything here is unclear, email sales@uplixa.com with “Privacy” in the subject line.

1. Who we are

UPLIXA LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Ste 44392, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We run an Amazon services agency and build UPLIXA PLUS, software that connects Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads accounts to AI tools such as Claude.

2. What we collect on this website

• Early-access requests. What you type into the form: name, email, company, optional phone number, and answers about your Amazon business. The form runs on Tally (tally.so), which processes your answers for us.
• Server logs. Our web host keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
• No tracking. This website runs no advertising pixels and no analytics scripts.

We use form answers to review your request, contact you about UPLIXA PLUS, and set up your access.

3. What we access when you connect an Amazon account

You choose what to connect. We access your account only through Amazon’s official Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API, after you authorize UPLIXA PLUS on Amazon’s own pages, and only within the permissions you grant. Depending on those permissions, this can include:

• Account and marketplace details: seller ID, marketplaces, store name.
• Listings and catalog: SKUs, ASINs, titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, attributes, A+ content.
• Inventory: FBA and FBM stock levels, aged, stranded and inbound inventory.
• Orders: order IDs, units, revenue, status and dates.
• Pricing: your prices, competing offers, Buy Box status.
• Finances: settlements, fees, refunds and reimbursements.
• Performance: account health, listing issues, returns, Brand Analytics.
• Advertising: campaigns, keywords, search terms, budgets and performance.

We do not collect your Amazon password or two-factor codes, your payment methods or bank details. We do not store your customers’ personal information (names, addresses, phone numbers, emails) unless a feature you use needs it and you have separately granted that access.

4. How we use it

Only to provide UPLIXA PLUS to you and the people you give access to: answering your questions, keeping your account history, and carrying out the actions you approve.

We never:

• sell your data;
• share it with anyone who isn’t helping us run the service for you;
• use it for advertising, or to market to your customers;
• combine it with other sellers’ data in a way that identifies you;
• use it to compete with you on Amazon.

5. How we store and protect it

• Your data is stored in a private database on servers we control, separated per account at the database level.
• Data moves over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
• Access keys are issued per person, with their own permissions, and can be locked at any time.
• Nightly backups are encrypted and stored away from the main server.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data while you use UPLIXA PLUS. If you revoke access or stop using the service, we delete your access tokens within 24 hours and your stored data within 90 days, or sooner if you ask.

7. Your choices and rights

• Revoke access: in Seller Central go to Settings → Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps and disable UPLIXA PLUS. Amazon Ads access can be removed from your Amazon Ads account settings.
• Get a copy: email us your seller ID and we’ll send the data we hold for your account within 5 business days.
• Delete it: email us and we’ll delete your data and confirm within 3 business days, apart from anything the law requires us to keep.
• See or correct personal details from the early-access form: email us and we’ll reply within 30 days.

8. If something goes wrong

If we confirm a data breach that affects your information, we’ll email you within 72 hours of confirming it, with what was affected, what we’re doing about it, and what you should do.

9. Amazon’s rules

We follow the Amazon Services API Developer Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy, and respect any restriction or revocation Amazon applies to our access. UPLIXA PLUS is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.

10. Changes

We’ll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. For material changes we’ll email connected users at least 30 days before they take effect.
